Big mouse, little mouse

We're home from the most awesomest, magical, wonderful, warm and ice-free place on earth, but I haven't had the energy or time to get on here until this morning. I'm in the process of transferring 300-some pictures onto the computer, so stay tuned.

----------------------------------------------

Last night we were watching Titanic and heard a mouse in the kitchen. It's winter, we live in the country - it happens. Of course, I immediately put my feet up on the couch and the kids all climbed on top of me, while Paul laughed at us and called us weenies. Before it was all said and done, Kady was crying. I said, "Now Kady, I don't like mice either, but I'm not crying!" She hiccuped and then declared mid-sob, "But I'm scawwwwwwwed of mice!!" I said, "You weren't scared of Mickey last week." She stopped crying, put her hands on her hips and said, "But he's a big mouse and weaws cwothes!! I don't wike the wittle ones dat might wun up my weg!"

It has been such a long time since I have left a comment, and I have moved blogs since then, so not sure if you will even remember me! But, I wanted to tell you how great I think it is that you are going back to school. You have actually inspired me to go back next quarter!

I cannot wait to hear all about your trip! And- I have to agree with Kady...scawwy!

Welcome Back! Tell Kady that on my first trip to Disney, I saw two Cast Members at the Animal Kingdom actively trying to catch a mouse of the small and naked type and...um...escort it out of the park. So obviously, Mickey is not a fan of those kind either.

I can't wait to hear about your trip!

I very much doubt that Mickey appreciates any other mice competing for all those tourist dollars...

There you are! LOL, you lucky dog you! You missed all the ice, and snow, and CRAP! I want to go to the wonderful world of Disny!

And you know, Kady is right. Those mice that don't wear any clothes just freak me smooth out too. *wink*

Been lurking before. Had to comment on the last post. Too funny. Oh, and BTW, I hate mice too! Good Luck catching the little bugger.
