I LOVED that movie. As did both of my kids.
I totally understand how much you loved it.
We went the day it opened, which was also a statewide day off from school.
We went at noon and lucked out, the theater was about half full. All of the little bitty kids who would have cried through it (too scary) and the older more "mature" kids who didn't get it and probably thought it was lame went to the two o'clock show. So, in other words, we dodged the whiny-bratty-Ineedmynap-angsty-wouldratherbeoncrackbookortexting kids.
We enjoyed every minute of the rumpus.
